If you’ve read the Telegram article regarding Chief Gemme’s safety concerns about giving a deposition at Hector Pineiro’s office, you may find the following of interest:

  • March 12 – Notices for deposition of Chief Gemme and Captain O’Rourke, from Pineiro
  • March 13 – Defendants’ Emergency Motion for protective orders for the depositions of Chief Gemme and Captain O’Rourke
  • email correspondence between Wendy Quinn and Hector Pineiro between March 9 and March 12
  • Chief Gemme’s affidavit in support of the protective order
  • Captain O’Rourke’s affidavit in support of the protective order
  • Hector Pineiro’s November 10, 2010 letter regarding his license to carry application
